Privacy policy

What we collect
- Order data — name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the pack you bought and the amount paid.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive only the outcome of the payment and the last four digits of the card. We never hold your full card number.
- Email delivery data — our email provider, Resend, records whether a transactional email was delivered.
- Technical data — the pages you visit and basic device information, collected by our host, Cloudflare, to serve the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to send you the confirmation and shipping emails — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations.
- To prevent fraud and protect the site — our legitimate interest.
We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Only the people and companies that need it to do the job: Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting), and our fulfilment and carrier partners for the delivery itself. Each is bound to use the data only on our instructions. Our carrier receives a name and an address, never the contents of the order beyond what shipping requires. We never sell your data.
Discretion
The parcel carries no brand, no product name and no description of the contents. Emails are sent from a neutral sender name. The bank statement descriptor does not name the product.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period our accounting obligations require, currently ten years. Support conversations are kept for three years after the last exchange. Technical logs are kept for a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@lastwitheros.com and we answer within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work: a security cookie set by Cloudflare and, during checkout, cookies set by Stripe to run the payment and detect fraud. We set no advertising or analytics cookies without your consent.
Transfers outside your country
Our providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
