1. Who we are

This website, lastwitheros.com, is operated by TSG GROUP, a French société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €10,000, registered office at 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, registered under RCS Paris 932 560 378, VAT number FR65932560378. 2. The product

EROS Delay Spray is a cosmetic product for external use, sold in 10ml bottles, intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is not a medicine and makes no medical claim. Read the label and the enclosed leaflet before first use, and stop using it if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or known to react to cosmetic ingredients, ask a healthcare professional first.

By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Orders

An order is placed by selecting a pack, completing the secure checkout and paying. Your order is accepted when we send you the confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for instance if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the countries we serve, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no import duties or local taxes that may apply on arrival; those remain your responsibility. Shipping costs, where they apply, are displayed before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor that does not name the product.

5. Delivery

6. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day guarantee and the return procedure are set out on our refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here affects any statutory right you have under the law of your country of residence.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for any use of the product that goes against the instructions on the label. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

The EROS name, logo, texts, photographs and page designs belong to TSG GROUP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of France, and disputes fall to the courts of France, without affecting the protection you enjoy as a consumer in your own country of residence.
