How your parcel looks

A plain box. No brand, no product name, no description of the contents, nothing readable through the wrapping. The sender line shows a neutral company name. Your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor. Nobody handling the parcel learns anything about what is inside.

Timescales

• Preparation — orders placed before 2pm on a business day leave the same day; otherwise the next business day.
• Delivery — 2 to 4 business days once shipped, tracked door to door.
• Tracking — you receive the tracking link by email the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Cost

• 1 bottle — $5.90 tracked shipping.
• 2 bottles or more — shipping is free.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Duties or local taxes that may apply on arrival are the recipient's responsibility.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but nowhere to be found? Check with your neighbours and the carrier's local depot first — most turn up within 48 hours. If it does not, write to support@lastwitheros.com with your order reference and we open a claim and ship a replacement.

Wrong or damaged item on arrival: send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it at our cost, no return needed.
